Leanne joined the team in 2018, making the leap from a parent at Daisy Chain to the Manager. Leanne has over 10 years of Early Years experience from practitioner to Manager at other settings, qualified at Early Years Professional Status and a qualified Early Years Assessor. Leanne leads her team to enable exceptional learning, a happy environment and a curious and evolving approach.

Nicola started her journey at Daisy Chain as an apprentice and then to a full time practitioner in 2006, 2 beautiful girls of her own later and Nicolas commitment, dedication and love for the setting see's her as Deputy Manager and a wealth of knowledge at Daisy Chain.

Fran's commitment to childhood education has shone since joining us as an apprentice to a full practitioner in 2018. Fran's humour and love for curious thinking means her room is never dull. Fran has recently been promoted to Co Room Leader of Petals and working alongside Alex. Home grown talent :)

Lily has been with Daisy Chain since an apprentice and then joined permanently in 2016. Lily is the calm in all situations, her natural way of being at the children's level and understanding their needs and wishes makes her an asset to all rooms, especially with our Sunshines Children.

Louise joined the Daisy Chain family in 2023 with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Louise has a passion for a Fun and Imaginative approach to learning, and providing environments where magical learning can happen, Louise believes that Children learn when they are happy and creates that environment each day in her work. Louise uses her extensive EYFS knowledge to support the team with their planning and support of children's development

As an experienced practitioner, Caroline is committed to helping children explore and learn in a hands-on environment. Nothing brings her more happiness than seeing the growth and evolution of children as they explore and learn. Caroline thrives on the development of children and using her abundance of knowledge to support the team since she begun her Daisy Chain adventure in 2023. Caroline has 2 grown up children of her own and 2 wonderful Grandsons.

Lynsey joins us from years cooking for elderly. Lynsey has a wonderful imagination for whipping up delicious and nutritious dinners as well as catering for many dietary requirements. The nursery always smells amazing when Lynsey is cooking, especially her cakes.

The longest serving member of Daisy Chain. Sandy started working for the Daisy Chain in 2002 and has never looked back. Sandy has a fair approach and loves to see the children enjoy their learning and develop during their sessions
